Delight your November birthday girl—or treat yourself—to this elegant minimalist citrine necklace!
This exquisite artisan necklace is strung with approximately 158 faceted citrine rondelle beads, each measuring approximately 4.28 millimeters in diameter by 2.18 millimeters thick and weighing an estimated 0.168 carats, for a warm golden glow that complements any wardrobe. At the center is a round-cut natural citrine measuring approximately 5.85 millimeters in diameter and weighing an estimated 0.75 carats, bezel-set in 18 karat yellow gold. The necklace has an estimated total gemstone weight of 27.294 carats.
Designed in a clean, contemporary minimalist style, the necklace features a delicate strand of sparkling citrine beads accented by a single bezel-set focal stone that offers understated sophistication. It measures approximately 16 1/4 inches long, weighs approximately 12.62 grams, and is finished with an 18 karat yellow gold toggle clasp. Dating to the early 2000s, it is in good estate condition.
This necklace comes from the collection of Charlotte Rodman of Southern Pines, North Carolina. A North Carolina native with a lifelong passion for the arts, Charlotte grew up in eastern North Carolina, attended school in Raleigh, and later owned an art gallery in Pinehurst. She has lived in the Sandhills for more than 30 years, where she developed close relationships with many members of the Seagrove pottery community and twice served as head of the local arts council. An accomplished acrylic painter and former art instructor, she has received recognition for both her artistic work and her service to the arts, and her carefully curated collection reflects her refined eye for beautiful craftsmanship.
We are listing several exceptional pieces of estate jewelry, along with other treasures acquired from fine North Carolina estates.
